ARF DECLARATION Along with the whole world, we are shocked by the great tragedy resulting from the criminal attacks that took place on September 11, 2001 in the United States of America.This terrorist act, which took the lives of thousands of innocent victims, cannot have any justification. In condemning this terrible crime, which is counter to every civilized standard and basic principle of morality, we express our condolences to the families of the thousands of victims and to the American people, who have paid a very high price for the fact that we still live in a world in which force is used to influence the course of international affairs.
