Key West Negotiations: The international community,
from the Caucasus to the West, is anxiously awaiting the April 3
meeting in Key West, Florida, between Armenian President Robert
Kocharian and Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev. In light of developments
leading to the latest meeting sponsored by the OSCE Minsk Group,
it is worth looking at some of the key points concerning Karabagh.
