The Constitution of the Republic of Armenia was amended to allow dual citizenship, then recently a law was adopted by the National Assembly of Armenia legislating dual citizenship.
This interview with the then Vice Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Mr. Vahan Hovhannissian discusses the law on dual citizenship. The interview was conducted on April 24, 2007 in Washington by Khachig Mouradian, editor of The Armenian Weekly newspaper
